This was a special trip because I had my parents with me. They came to visit and for my final show in university. Scotland was cosy, sunny and rainy at the same time. I read the entirety of Agatha Christie’s Hickory Dickory Dock, which was fantastic with a really good plot twist. In Scotland, we stayed in Edinburgh with family and then went to Loch Fynes and passed the famous Loch Lomond and stopped and breathed in the fresh air and the words O ye'll tak' the high road, and I'll take the low road,
And I'll be in Scotland afore ye, But me and my true love will never meet again, On the bonnie, bonnie banks o' Loch Lomond.We had lots to eat and drink, and the cottage we stayed at when on the loch was beautiful. We went on walks, to a small but beautiful garden and Glencoe which was wonderful.
