St. Mary’s Church is located in Lace Market, Nottinghamshire. It is in the heart of the city, and one of my favourite churches to visit when possible. Everyone in the church is wonderful and friendly and welcoming to an international gal like myself. I’ve made friends and also become an acolyte here. (Acolyte - A person who helps the vicar). I am blessed by the lord himself for helping me find a beautiful space such as this in Nottingham. For anyone that’s visiting, St Mary’s Church is a must visit and should be top of the list, if I should say so myself. The music and worship are wonderful and are one thing among many that drew me to this church. The church is an Anglican church and a part of the Church of England. (C and E). It has stood in Nottingham since 1386 and is a traditional church that truly accepts everyone.
